Volunteers Needed

Calling all able-bodied HMC members, staff, volunteers and those who have just finished their first Honolulu Marathon:

When: Every Sunday from December 18, 2022 – February 12, 2023 (Excluding Jan 1/Dec 25)

We need your help training beginners for the 8.2 mile Great Aloha Run on President’s Day 2023!! Carole Kai is organizing 9 training sessions on Sundays starting Dec 18 through February 12, 2023 from 6:30 am – 10:30 am (Jan 1/Dec 25 not included) with the help of Mid Pac Road Runners and the Honolulu Marathon Clinic.

If you could help out with one or more sessions, it would be a great benefit to those who perhaps have never run in their lives. You may even convince them to join our clinic and really get them hooked on running! This is your chance to share your expertise while you recover!! You can now teach others what you have learned in the Honolulu Marathon Clinic and enable another person to experience the achievements you’ve enjoyed!
