Jeff’s Mango-Mac Nut Bread

3 cups flour
1½ cup sugar
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup raisins
½ cup shredded coconut
4 eggs
1⅛ cup cooking oil
3 cups chopped mango
3 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients.
Make a well and add remaining ingredients; mix.
Pour into greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Yields 3 loaves
