My thoughts turned to the days back in 2005 and 2006 when I was with all my friends with the Honolulu Marathon Clinic. I ran with, and was one of the staff leaders of the Advance Group... To all of you that are running their first marathons: Listen to Doc's Sunday morning talks, and the staff leaders of your group.
